Services

Metro Denver Locksmith provides residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services in the Denver Metro area, including lockouts, rekeys, lock installation and repair, key duplication, key fob programming, and 24/7 emergency lockout service. All services are subject to availability and technician judgment of safety and feasibility.

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on the actual work performed, parts used, location, and time of service. The technician will confirm pricing on-site before beginning work whenever practical.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You must be the legal owner, tenant, or authorized representative of the property or vehicle being serviced. Proof of ownership or authorization may be required.
  • You agree to provide accurate contact, location, and service information.
  • You agree to be available (or have an authorized person available) to meet the technician and approve work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed by our technician on-site.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number when requesting locksmith services, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Metro Denver Locksmith related to your service request. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Technician dispatch notifications
  • Estimated arrival times
  • Job status and completion updates
  • Service-related follow-ups

Program details:

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan.
  • Carriers: Supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from this program.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or call (720) 580-6570.
  • Opt in: Reply START to opt back in after opting out.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If a service we performed fails due to defective workmanship within a reasonable period, contact us and we will make it right. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, forced entry, third-party tampering, or normal wear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metro Denver Locksmith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, the use of our website, or our SMS program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
